Now&After’20 is postponed

20/10/2020

Dear friends,

Current epidemiological situation in Moscow has forced us to take a difficult but indispensable decision to postpone International Video Art Festival Now&After’20 main program show (in the exhibition format presenting all participants’ works) until next year. The festival will take place at the same venue — Winzavod Center for Contemporary Art, dates are yet to be fixed.

The festival’s Special Program will take place offline according to the announced schedule at the Education Center of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art on October 21–24. We will show projects by Videoformes Digital Arts Festival (France), Waley Arts Center (Taiwan), Over The Real Video Art Festival (Italy), Suwon Photo Festival (Republic of Korea), Art-Video-Fest Dagestan, and Belgian video art project Common Grounds. Public events of the special program will be held online; their schedule will be announced later.

Our valued jury will continue their work and soon we will announce Now&After’20 winners.
In the meantime, we plan to continue the festival’s work online. We intent on introducing the festival participants to our audience and holding a series of meetings with participating artists and showing their works/fragments of works in Zoom.

Additionally, during three weeks in November-December we will be demonstrating the Now&After’20 programs on the platform of the international video art channel with the participants’ consent.
