July 12th 2017 at 7pm within International Video Art Festival Now&After`17 there will be live broadcasting of a round table from the Pompidou Center dedicated to Fred Forest retrospective exhibition with participation of Alicia Knock, the exhibition curator and Michaël Leruth, the author of Fred Forest’s Media Art and Activism Book ‘Utopia’. The event is organized by ArtComTec seminars directed by Natan Karczmar and Now&After International Video Art Festival directed by Marina Fomenko in collaboration with French Institute in Moscow. Fred Forest is a renowned French media artist and a co-founder of both the Sociological Art Collective (1974) and the Aesthetics of Communication movement (1983). The live broadcasting of the round table will be held at French Institute in Moscow by the address: Vorontsovo Pole St., 16/1.
